Insurance Info
Dr. Johnson accepts most plans of Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) and United Health Care (UHC) for outpatient mental health therapy services. She also accepts the following Texas Medicaid companies: Amerigroup, Molina, and Superior Insurance
Please contact the office for self-pay (cash) rates if your insurance company is not listed. Please note for outpatient mental health therapy, the first session has a higher rate than the subsequent sessions.
Holistic Health Care/Metaphysical services are all self-pay rates. Health care insurance is not accepted.

All services require a 24 hour cancellation notice; anything less than a 24 hour notice is subject to be charged 30% of the booked service as a no show cancellation fee.
